| I've been a viewer of YouTube Poop for a little over a year now, and the newest thing to razz is "Ratatoing," a Brazilian knockoff of "Ratatouille."
Ironically, a lot of familiar 4Kids VAs lend their voices to the English version, including Veronica Taylor. Boy...

| I knew Mike Pollock was in it, but not Veronica. I'm kind of intrigued now. | |

| Partly I laugh, but partly I'm annoyed that actors like these would take part in such a thing... Well, bills have to be paid, I guess. | |

| I can't believe they made "Little Cars 2", what, are they trying to beat Pixar? | |

| I think it's more like Strong Bad says about knockoffs: DVDs that they put in the grocery store checkout that they hope grandma mistakes for the "real" thing. | |

Lol. You laugh...I grew up watching stuff like this because my Grandma thought it was the real deal.

| ...wow. On that Ratatoing thing.
I double taked when I heard Mike's voice... is this a Pokemon episode or what? was my first reaction.
Although, on one of those religious networks, I think I saw a similar Cars ripoff. It was rather... shiny, though, not like the other one. But yeah. Eyes on hoods, etc. Everything there. And it looked a lot closer to Cars. Like "get Pixar's lawyers on the phone" closer.
Also, this animation... yeah. Just yeah.
I didn't get a chance to hear Veronica though. Every thread of my being forced me to stop at :52, from both the pain of the hideous animation on my eyes and the hideous plot on my brain.
Tiny Robots is going to give me nightmares (it looks like they're ripping off Cubix and Chibi Robo, both of which are near and dear to my heart, in one fell swoop, not to mention that weird... Darth Vader... thing...),
And wow. just... wow...

| I have seen some of these types of knockoffs on both VHS and DVD in my local Rite Aid drug store. Mostly of Disney animated movies. Aladdin, Cinderella, Snow White, and Pocahontas just to name a few. Ben | |

| Oh, yeah. You go to the dollar store, etc. "The Indian Princess," "King of Thieves", etc.
On aforementioned religious channel the Cars ripoff was on, there was also a really bad Prince of Egypt ripoff. SERIES. It had... talking animals.
Which, you know, defeated the purpose of the ORIGINAL Prince of Egypt (which, to me, was a masterpiece, as far as animation goes)

| I was flipping through my neighbor's Sirius satellite TV in his car yesterday and I saw a cheap rip-off of one of my favorite animated films, Anastasia. I have the MP3 file of the Richard Marx theme song from that movie. I had downloaded it from Amazon MP3. Ben | |

| A good walk around Lower Manhattan in New York City will get you quite a few street vendors who'll be happy to sell you a knock-off, or even worse( at least to the lawyers), pirated movies downloaded through uTorrent. And the NYPD will pass the vendor a couple times and not care, maybe even buying one. | |

| I was at a nearby flea market (10 minute ride on the Baltimore Beltway) and the Baltimore County Police were there along with FBI agents shutting down a vendor selling counterfeit CD-ROM/DVD-ROM software (He actually had counterfeit copies of the Windows PC port of Final Fantasy VII by Eidos) and counterfeit music CDs and video DVDs. He also had audio cassette tapes of recent albums that he had taped off of the CDs complete with Photoshopped case labels. Ben | |
