Reply to my email from PUSA

I got this reply to the email i sent

I got the same reply in one e-mail I sent:

However, I sent them another e-mail from a different address and got this reply:

"Thank you for your message.

We will forward your inquiry along to the appropriate parties to address the issue.

They are different, so I guess the messages were read....
