Hello Everyone!

I'm Shadow25, (aka SaveOurPokemon on Serebii) and I'm happy to finally help save Pokemon ! I had watched every episode of Pokemon up to early Hoenn, when I began to develop other interests. Over a year ago I was just learning about the eventual release of Pokemon Diamond and Pearl. While the series had lost some flare for me, I never had given up on the games. As I started to dust off the GBA titles, I also decided to watch some old episodes of the show. After catching some old faves, I was flipping through the channels when I noticed Pokemon airing on Cartoon Network. I see Grovyle and Ash standing. And then I heard it. The awful, horrible, abominable collaboration of audio that was the voice of Ash Ketchum . I don't know how I managed to sit through the rest of that episode, but what I do know is that I haven't watched a new episode since. (Well, except for the most recent in which Rachael Lillis returned, had to watch that). Lots of research taught me of the horrible events that after I stopped watching. In late 2007/early 08 I was discouraged to see the lack of an update on the SOVA website (lovesick-pkmn.net/sova) and that all the topics on various message boards regarding SOVa had been closed for a long time. However, my hope was renewed the day I heard about Dan Green's return, and the eventual return of many others. ince I have checked up on the various sites every day for any new info, but most recent rumors have caused me to finally step out of the shadow (unintended pun ) and take action. Dedicated people have been taking action, patiently waiting, and against lots of discouragement for over 2 years now, and they really deserve some help.

So, um, well that's my story. I'd really like to watch Pokemon again, since as far as I'm concerned the show hasn't aired in 2 years. So I look foward to meeting and working with everybody in saving our voice actors! While the main VAs are the primary concern right now (obviously) I am never giving up hope for the return of Stan Hart to voice Prof. Oak. He is definitely my favorite voice in the entire series.
