What's your job?

Working is something that probably all of us has to eventually do in our lives. Finding a job is probably the hardest part of it, in my opinion. You won't believe all the places I've applied to since May.

So, the real question is, where do you guys work right now or where have you recently applied to work? I'm trying to work at a small store in the my town's mall that sells fitted hats. The pay is pretty good and the work doesn't seem to hard.

My job is to deliever papers. All i do is walk to certian homes, deliever newspapers, collect money and get paid. The pay is half of the money i collect. It is a good job.

I work in a convenience store. Have done for over 2 years.

Cashier at a grocery store for about four years.

I sell wireless phones for Sprint in Brooklyn, New York. I was a cashier at A&P in Old Bridge, New Jersey before then. I usually stay overnight at one of my grandparents in Brooklyn or Manhattan after my job. The drive to school in NJ from Brooklyn isn't bad, but school's done for the summer. Anyway, I just love cell phones. My job is so awesome.

I'm going to apply at Pick N' Save because they pay is about $7 an hour, which is quite good in my opinion. Plus you get paid while on break, and it's pretty cool if you have friends working there too.

My current position is as a network administrator. When I'm not doing that, which is a lot now. I have a side business where I repair computers and then I also create websites.

I'm a little too young for a job.

I coach the Rice Village Swim Team in Houston for the YMCA.
I teach swim lessons for the YMCA
I lifeguard once in a while if they can't find any other subs.

The thing is that I really need to find a job, but I have to work around my college schedule, which will probably end up being very difficult for me.

im a stock selector for a distrobution centre, just work with boxes boring as hell but the pays really really good and keeps the pokeballs going

I'm not old enough to apply for any jobs yet, but I'm thinking when I turn 16, I'll go and work at this family-own business coffee shop with my friend, or the CVS Drug and Pharmacy store close to my house.

I do research on HIV, but that's just until the end of the summer. August 11, I start working at Disneyworld until January. Yay for crazy jobs!

Yeah. It's something I have always wanted to do so I decided to just take a semester off school and do it!

Man, I seriously need to find some sort of work soon. I haven't done much this summer, just hanging around my neighborhood and browsing the internet. I feel like I'm just wasting time.

That's exactly how I feel.

I wasted my summer not doing my lawn service, being in summer school, and being involved with band...Man, no income. =(
